Empowered Management: Bringing Innovation to Leadership

Whether you are a seasoned leader, or newly exploring the role, this session incorporates basic principles of nursing leadership to empower your management knowledge. The speakers will discuss tips and tools to help address common leadership issues. In addition, recommendations for bringing new staff on board, dealing with inappropriate workplace behaviors, and opportunities for building high performing teams will all be discussed.
