Instructions for Completing Session Evaluations for the Main Conference and Poster Evaluations
(Does not include Saturday & Sunday preconference or Thursday Postconference)

From any computer or device with internet access:

1. Click the link on the home page of the virtual website.ASPAN Website
2. Once on the ASPAN website log in with your ASPAN username and password.
3. Click on Events and the ASPAN National Conference Evaluations.
4. Click on the Evaluation Link to begin.
5. Once you are in the evaluation system, you will see instructions on how to navigate.
6. Your evaluation of a session and or poster will automatically add your contact hours to the Certificate of Attendance.
7. When you are finished and all sessions and or posters you attended are evaluated, print your Certificate of Attendance for a written record of contact hours. Do not print the certificate until you have evaluated all the sessions you attended.

After you complete the demographic information, session evaluation and overall evaluation your contact hour certificate will automatically be generated, and you can save it to your computer, print it or email it to yourself.

You will complete this set of documents for the Main Conference including posters.

You can also interact with leading industry vendor representatives to gain information and advice on new products and services for quality patient care.

Outcome
To enable the nurse to increase knowledge on clinical practice, standards and research.

Target Audience
All professional nurses.

Overall Conference Objective
Discuss current information on clinical practice, standards, evidence-based practice, research and new technologies that contribute to safe, quality patient care in the perianesthesia setting.

Accreditation
American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses, (ASPAN) is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Association Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP5197, for ___ contact hours. (The number of contact hours will depend on the sessions attended)

Additional provider numbers: Alabama ABNP0074.

Contact Hours
Participants who successfully complete this activity will be awarded contact hours.

Audio Taping, Video Taping or Pictures
Audio taping, videotaping or picture taking of any portion of an ASPAN program is strictly prohibited

Requirements for successful completion
To successfully complete this program, you must attend the program in its entirety and complete the online evaluation prior to the deadline. You must complete the evaluation by Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at midnight ET to receive contact hour credit. This will not be reopened if it is not completed by the deadline. You will not receive a certificate.
