General Information

  • Register early!  To guarantee a spot, register early.  Only register for webcasts that you plan to attend.  Registration is open until one hour prior to each webcast.  Webcasts that make it to the shopping cart within one hour of the event will not be available in ASPAN Learn (registration is closed).  After registering, if you cannot attend, contact dingram@aspan.org.  Once accessed, the event cannot be cancelled (this includes accessing the handouts).
  • Once you register, you will automatically receive a receipt and a confirmation via email.  To access the handout, you must be logged in to ASPAN Learn using the username and password for your account. If you do not know or do not have your username and password, go to the ASPAN website and click Sign In at the top of the page.  Please read and follow the prompts that apply to you.  Handouts will be available three days prior through two weeks following the webcast, and can be found on the handouts tab.  You can download or print the handouts.  Once the materials have been accessed, there is no cancellation or refund.
  • On the day of the webcast, you will need to return to ASPAN Learn to access the live event.  Reminder emails will be sent closer to your event.  You will have 30 minutes prior to the event to connect to the webcast.
  • Webcasts are LIVE events.  Attendance on the specific date and time listed is required.  Webcasts are not recorded or available for playback.  If you do not sign-in for your live webcast on the date and time listed, it is considered a no-show.  There is no credit, refund, or transfer for no-show.
  • You may access the webcast from any computer or smart device.  During the webcast, you will be able to interact with the speaker and other attendees via the chat box and ask questions.
  • Webcasts can be viewed individually or in groups.  Each individual attendee must be registered, login, and complete the online evaluation to receive contact hour credits.  Unregistered attendees are NOT permitted to view the webcast.  Contact dingram@aspan.org for more details on group viewing. 

If the webcast is no longer listed, this indicates that registration is closed, the webcast is full, or the webcast has been cancelled.

  • If you do not login for the live webcast on the date and time listed, it is considered a no show.  There are no credits, refunds, or transfers.
  • ASPAN reserves the right to substitute speakers if necessary.
  • ASPAN reserves the right to cancel a webcast due to insufficient enrollment or any unforeseen circumstances.  All fees will be fully refunded.
  • ASPAN cannot be held responsible for an individual's internet connection, Wi-Fi connection, or device malfunction.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Non-Members - Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the webcast; 20% fee if cancelled 8-29 days before.  No cancellations, refunds, or transfers within 7 days. 
ASPAN Members - Please email dingram@aspan.org if you cannot attend so another member may join.
