Q: How do I Login to ASPAN Learn?
A: Your existing username and password with ASPAN are the same for ASPAN Learn.  You do not want to create a new account.  If you have never created an online account
     with ASPAN, you will need to create one to use ASPAN Learn.

Q: How do I access the items I register for after completing payment/registration?
A: Everything you register for will appear on your My Dashboard page.  Your dashboard will indicate current, as well as completed items.

Q: What if I cannot locate an item on My Dashboard?
A: First, check to see if you have marked any items as “hidden”.  The image below will appear on your dashboard, if you have hidden items.  You can click show hidden
    products to view the list.

If you have no hidden items, use the search options at the top of the page.  Advanced Search will take you to a page where you can filter by title.

Q: Can I access my completed certificates later?
A: Yes. You will still have access to completed certificates after completing any program. 

Q: Can I view a Webcast or Seminar that I registered for at any time?
A: No. Webcasts and Seminars are LIVE events.  You can only access webcasts on the date and time indicated with the listings. Seminars are in-person events for which
    attendance is required at the specified location.

Q: How long do I have access to an on-demand module?
A: You have 120 days from the date of purchase to view the module, complete the evaluation and quiz, and obtain your certificate.
