Target Audience: All perianesthesia nurses

Outcome: To enable the nurse to demonstrate knowledge and effective test taking techniques by success on the perianesthesia certification exam

Case Presentations: Any case studies discussed during the program are fictional and do not reflect any real persons or events

Requirements for successful completion: To successfully complete this program, you must attend the program in its entirety and complete the online evaluation, prior to the deadline.  Complete within two weeks (14 days) to receive contact hour credit.

ACCREDITATION

American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses, (ASPAN) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

STANDARDS FOR INTEGRITY AND INDEPENDENCE

The ASPAN ANCC Accredited Provider Unit will collect information from all individuals in a position to control content regarding financial relationships with ineligible companies, analyze the data for relevant financial relationships related to the educational content, and mitigate relevant financial relationships. The results of this analysis will be reported in the course presentation materials on the required handout.

Registration cannot be processed without appropriate tuition payment.

Please note that if you are in the RETIRED or STUDENT Membership category, you cannot earn contact hours through ASPAN.  If you wish to receive contact hours, contact the National Office to update your membership to the ACTIVE Membership category.

Register Early! If we do not meet the minimum required attendance two weeks prior, the seminar will be cancelled and the listing will no longer be available.  Notification of cancellation to registered attendees will come from ASPAN.  If the minimum required attendance is met, online registration will remain open until 11:59 PM ET on 8/27/26.  No registrations will be accepted after that time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the seminar; 20% fee if cancelled 8 - 29 days before.  No cancellations, refunds, or transfers within 7 days.
