Myrna Mamaril, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPAN, CAPA, FAAN, FASPAN

Dr. Myrna Mamaril is currently the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Perianesthesia Services at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland.  She has held various nursing and administrative roles in her career, such as Nurse Manager, Director of Surgery, Consultant, and Researcher.

Myrna received her Doctor of Nursing practice from the University of Alabama; she has a master’s degree in Trauma/Critical Care Nursing and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of MD. Dr. Mamaril has held ASPAN leadership positions as President, Director of Clinical Practice and Research. Myrna is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing and Fellow American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses.

She has received numerous honors – United States Naval Junior Officer of the Year Award, Naval Commendation Medal (2 Stars) the ASPAN Outstanding Achievement Award, the University of MD School of Nursing’s Distinguished Alumnae and most recently the University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing’s Marietta P. Stanton Outstanding Doctor of Nursing Practice Student.

CAPT (Retired) Mamaril served over 25 years as a Nurse Corps Officer in the United States Navy Reserve - most notably as the Director of Nursing Service at the NATO Role III Multinational Medical Unit, Kandahar, Afghanistan.  Capt. Mamaril has extensive trauma nursing experience and has taught combat trauma and Advanced Burn Life Support nationally and internationally.

Myrna is a sought after national and international speaker who lectures on diverse perianesthesia/ critical care/emergency trauma topics.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Full refund upon receipt of cancellation date-stamped 30 days or more preceding webcast date. An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for any cancellation date-stamped 29 days or less preceding one week of the webcast date. Webcasts cancelled within one week or less of the webcast date are not eligible for a refund. This cancellation policy applies regardless of when you register.
