Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow

We are excited to invite ASPAN's Component leaders from across the country to beautiful Nashville, Tennessee, on November 6-7 for learning, collaboration, and leadership development.

This year's workshop comes at a defining moment in ASPAN's history.  As our organization transitions from 40 Components to 10 dynamic Regions, we have an extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of perianesthesia nursing.  Together, we will embrace our theme, Learning Today, Leading Tomorrow, by gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead the next generation of nurses and continue advancing excellence in patient care.

ASPAN is making a significant investment in this transition because we believe a strong foundation is essential for long-term success.  Throughout the seminar, you will explore the principles, strategies, and practical tools needed to build thriving Regions that provide outstanding education, meaningful networking opportunities, and valuable resources for perianesthesia nurses across the nation.

Leading experts in nonprofit governance and management will share best practices for organizational structure, foundational documents, strategic planning, budgeting, and governance.  Together, we will apply these insights to refine the tools, processes, and resources that will guide our transition and position ASPAN for continued growth and success for generations to come.

Most importantly, this meeting is about the power of leadership through collaboration.  By sharing ideas, experiences, and expertise, we will create a stronger organization that is prepared to meet the evolving needs of our members and the patients they serve.

While you're here, take time to enjoy all that Music City has to offer - from its legendary music scene and rich history to its incredible cuisine and Southern hospitality.  We look forward to learning together, leading together, and building ASPAN's future with you.

We look forward to seeing you in Nashville!
