In light of nursing shortages, how do we best prepare a workforce to deliver outstanding perianesthesia care? This session will present the use of unlicensed personnel as well as orienting new caregivers from a variety of practice backgrounds. Finally, this session will highlight the importance of healthy teams in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
