#505 Placenta Accrete Spectrum: What the Perianesthesia Nurse Needs to Know
The incidence of Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) has continued to rise. Nurses in the Perianesthesia arena may have some, little, or no familiarity in caring for women with suspected or diagnosed PAS. This session will review risk factors, pre/post-anesthesia considerations in care, and trauma-informed care for the woman with PAS.
