500 - Nursing M&M in the Postanesthesia Care Unit

In the high-acuity, fast-paced PACU environment, missed opportunities for learning can compromise both professional growth and patient outcomes. This session introduces the use of Nursing Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) conferences as a structured, non-punitive approach to case review that promotes transparency, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
