This session will present a Crani-Debate. There was a formal policy-gap – combined with an ASPAN standard that allowed for local interpretation which led to inconsistent post-craniotomy practices. Through the use of AI tools, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary dialogue, the team developed a clear, written unit-level standard of care.
