This presentation will present how to identify and develop potential employees to fill in key leadership roles at the early stages, not when a position becomes vacant. This is a proactive approach that ensures continuity of leadership instead of reactive approach which mitigates the risks associated with unplanned departures of key personnel at work or at the component level.
