108 - Say No More to Workplace Violence

Healthcare providers such as the ER, ICU and Perianesthesia nurses are at high risk for assaults and violence. According to Press Ganey Survey in 2021, two nurses per hour are assaulted in acute care settings. This presentation will assist nurses on how to prevent or stop these violence/abuses and provide tips on what to do if encountered during your care to these patients, family members or healthcare colleagues.
