Nursing innovation is the process of developing and applying new ideas, technologies, practices, or approaches in nursing to improve patient care, enhance safety, and optimize healthcare delivery. It can involve rethinking workflows, adopting new tools, or creating solutions that address unmet needs in clinical practice. At its core, nursing innovation is about using creativity and evidence-based strategies to make healthcare more effective, efficient, and compassionate. This session will explore the basics of nursing innovation and practical ways to envision creating change to current health care challenges.
