Providing a deeper understanding of the concept of just culture within the Perianesthesia setting, participants will explore how to foster an environment where integrity and accountability are paramount. Examination of strategies for balancing patient safety with staff empowerment, ultimately promoting a culture of trust and continuous improvement in Perianesthesia care, is encouraged through case studies and best practice dialogue.
